MANAGEMENT POLICY

The Management of CORECO, S.A., a company dedicated to the design, manufacture, and marketing of commercial and industrial refrigeration furniture, conservation chambers, and storage shelving, as well as a testing laboratory for furniture in the hospitality sector, has developed this policy as the basis for ensuring quality in its activities. Fully aware of the environmental impact associated with these activities, as well as the health and safety risks at work, the company is committed to pollution prevention and the prevention of occupational risks, integrating environmental protection and worker safety (including those working on behalf of CORECO) into the development of its general management.

In terms of Health and Safety, the primary objective is to manage and carry out all activities in a safe and responsible manner, complying with Law 31/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention and Law 54/2003 on the reform of the aforementioned regulatory framework.

The pillars established as the foundation of the system are:

-     Achieve customer satisfaction by understanding their real needs and expectations to meet them, through the effective functioning of the integrated management system for quality, environment, and occupational health and safety (OHS).

-     Continuously improve the quality of our services, as a way to achieve a high level of competitiveness for the company.

-     Guarantee the suppliers' ability to deliver products and ensure they respect the environment. To achieve this, appropriate communication channels and methods are established.

-     Commit to meeting contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements that apply to us.

-     Enhance the best use of the natural resources required for the activity, and reduce waste and pollutants released into the atmosphere, soil, and water, striving to apply the most advanced scientific knowledge and clean technologies available.

-     Develop, design, work on, and maintain facilities and processes to be safe, minimizing risk in working conditions that are safe and healthy, to prevent injuries and deterioration of health at work.

-     Define, implement, and maintain procedures to ensure safe practices.

-     Eliminate hazards and reduce risks related to OHS.

-     Commitment to consultation and participation of employees.

Management is involved in continuous improvement by setting annual objectives for quality, environment, and OHS, and periodically evaluates the system using, among other tools, indicators.

To achieve this, it is important that every member of our team contributes their basic personal values such as enthusiasm, efficiency, and professionalism.

It is essential to involve all employees in the implementation of this policy and provide them with appropriate guidance, training, and supervision to enable them and others to carry out their work and responsibilities safely and competently.
