COMMUNICATION OF SERVICE DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS TO SUPPLIERS, MAINTAINERS, AND SUBCONTRACTORS

Dear Supplier,
One of the goals CORECO, S.A. sets as a daily challenge is the continuous improvement of its ability to provide its customers with better service and attention.

The capability of the suppliers is crucial to meet CORECO, S.A.'s customer requirements; therefore, one of the demands established by the Management System is the need to evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet the commercial commitments they establish with CORECO, S.A.
To qualify as an approved supplier of CORECO, S.A., you will be evaluated throughout the year based on the following criteria:

  • Service/product cost.
  • Service/product quality.
  • Delivery speed.
  • Food use certification.
  • ISO 9001 certification.
  • Documentation provided.
  • Incidents detected in the supply or service provision.

Any incidents or anomalies that occur will be recorded as Non-Conformity if deemed necessary.
Based on the above, we inform you that you remain an approved supplier for this year. However, the establishment of future commercial relationships will imply that you accept all the requirements specified in our orders or, if applicable, in the specific conditions set.
Failure to meet any of these criteria (non-conformities) will lead to an evaluation that could ultimately result in your declassification as a supplier for CORECO, S.A.
Furthermore, in compliance with the requirements of the reference standards and as a supplier, maintainer, or subcontractor of our company, we inform you of the minimum requirements that apply to you in relation to the provision of your service.
