CONDITIONS OF SALE

 

 

• ORDERS

Orders must be placed in writing (letter, fax, or email). They must include the product references as indicated in the current price list.
We reserve the right to refuse orders from clients who have previously breached contracts.
Any special conditions mentioned in the customer’s order will be void if they do not comply with these general conditions of sale or are not expressly accepted.

 

 

 

• PRICES

The prices listed are retail prices (recommended) and are stated in Euros. These prices do not include installation or setup of the equipment. All prices are exclusive of accessories.

 

 

• TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING

Standard packaging will be used. Any special packaging or shipping method requested by the customer will be at their expense.
Goods travel at the buyer’s risk. We strongly recommend that you check the condition of the goods within the specified time, as otherwise, Coreco S.A. will not be responsible. Claims for damage or deterioration of goods caused during transport will not be accepted unless accompanied by the proof of complaint made by the buyer to the shipping company within the legal 24-hour period after receipt of the goods.

 

 

• MATERIAL RETURNS

No material returns will be accepted without the express written consent of Coreco S.A.
If a return is accepted, all costs, including shipping, will be at the customer’s expense.
The payment for returned materials will be made according to the condition of the goods, with Coreco S.A. reserving the right to determine the final refund amount.

 

 

• WARRANTY

Coreco S.A. is only responsible for manufacturing defects, excluding improper handling or use of the material by the customer or user. The warranty will be in accordance with the applicable laws.
Any material sent under warranty will be invoiced and refunded once the defective items have been returned and inspected by Coreco S.A.

 

 

• PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Until credit is granted to a customer, all transactions will require advance payment.
If payment is not made by the agreed due dates, the customer will bear any return and/or late payment fees.

 

 

• SPARE PARTS SHIPPING

All spare parts will be shipped freight collect.

 

 

• RESERVATION OF TITLE

The goods remain the property and ownership of Coreco S.A. until full payment has been made by the customer.

 

 

• DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute, the courts of Lucena (Córdoba) will have jurisdiction.

 

 

• INFORMATION

Coreco S.A. reserves the right to make changes without prior notice, as it deems necessary, provided these changes do not affect the main characteristics of the products.
