A secure and accessible system to report irregularities and ensure transparent business management.
What is a whistleblowing channel?
It is an alert system that allows identifying and reporting irregularities, malpractice, or mismanagement within an organization, serving as a foundation for proper business management.
Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory violations and fighting corruption, requires all companies with more than 49 employees and entities in specific sectors to have a whistleblowing channel as a communication tool, allowing anyone to report potential irregular, illegal, or non-compliant conduct with the company's rules.
